我們秉承一切以客戶利益為宗旨,用一流的速度、優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)提供 “超越客戶期望”的星級服務(wù)
1、提供一年免費設(shè)備保修 ( 自驗收合格之日起計算 ),保修期內(nèi),非客戶人為因素,造成裝置故障及損壞,概由我公司無償負(fù)責(zé)解公司接到用戶電話或書面通知應(yīng)給予維修服務(wù);但是如因客戶使用不當(dāng)造成上門服務(wù)所發(fā)生的費用需客戶承擔(dān)。
2、保修期外,提供有償?shù)呐浼熬S修服務(wù)。
3、 及時有效的問題解決機(jī)制。在設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障時,接到用戶通知后, 盡力 48 小時內(nèi)實質(zhì)性應(yīng)答 72 小時趕到現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行解決。
4、 設(shè)備到貨后公司即派專業(yè)技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場安裝調(diào)試和指導(dǎo),并為設(shè)備操作人員提供培訓(xùn)
5、 每年至少一次用戶回訪,提供技術(shù)服務(wù)與技術(shù)支持,進(jìn)行設(shè)備免費檢修。
AFTER SALES SERVICE
We provide one year free warranty for ourdevices (after the day of acceptance). During the time warranty, we will provide free partsand service for device faults and damage that not caused by human factors. We will provide
service after receive phones or written notice. But service fees caused by improper use will be covered by customers themselves.
Beyond warranty, we can also provide spare parts and maintenance service with paid.
We also have timely and effective problemsolving mechanism. When any fault happens for our devices, we will response in 48 hours and solve it in field in 72 hours after receiving use’s notice.
We will dispatch technicists to guide installation and commissioning at field after devices arrived at customer’s site, and provides training for device operators.
